They were great when our basement flooded due to a burst water pipe. They were always professional and kept us informed on what was being done and the progress. They were careful to protect the other areas of our home. Always called to let us know when they were coming and we’re flexible to work around our schedule.

When we got back from Florida after four months, our basement was flooded from a sump pump problem. Two feet of water and a basement full of mold greeted us. When we called DryPatrol they got us the estimate the next day. We were discourage by the lack of response from three other companies. We decided to go with DryPatrol because our plumber recommended them and said they would do a good job for us. He was right! Everything was always explained to us and they did a wonderful job of restoration. Even though it was pretty much a total demo, they tried to save some special items for us. The workers were very efficient especially the demo crew who worked so hard removing our stuff to the dumpsters. What an experience. With the help from DryPatrol we made it back into our house with clean air. I would recommend this company because they work so well with you to get your problem solved as quickly as possible.
