The workers were very responsive when I had a flood in my home on a Sunday morning. Austin arrived on time and gave me an estimate as well as pictures of the damage in the attic. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jordan was the technician that actually completed the job. He called to let me know that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he gave me step by step details of the process. He then came back each day to follow up and make sure that everything was drying as required and called me each day with an update (we had not moved in yet). He is polite, professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the paperwork process. I feel confident in knowing that he was in charge of removing the mold from my attic. I could not be more pleased with the Dry Patrol Team. Jordan and Austin are fantastic! Thank you!
