I seldom do reviews, but this company must be recognized as a leader in their field. From the beginning, they were effective at doing whatever they said they would do. From the initial phonecall to the end of the job, they proved we were in good hands. When you have a crew of people in your home, you want to feel trust. We did. These employees did a top notch job representing their company with their respect, knowledge, and total willingness to work hard, steady and with full concern about the property and us.The leader of this job was a young lady who was utterly respectful, to the point, transparent, and fully trustworthy. She led by example and totally impressed us with her natural drive to provide the best service she knew how. Totally self motivated, having the customer's interest in mind, accomodating and resourceful, she was adept at being forthright with all news she had to give us during the job and earned our total respect with her elite work ethic. Non stop and totally efficient when on the job. Impressive.Obviously the company culture is strong and right and we wish them continued success and are happy to have a local company of such quality. I had a massive house fire in April and was extremely weary of the restoration and rebuild process, as it happened to my first home. Finding a company that did both the restoration and rebuild was important to me. I met with a few different companies, but Dry Patrol really stuck with me. The crew was very professional, and the project manager, Dave, was extremely kind and compassionate to work with. He was readily available during any situation. Even Andrea, in the office, was very flexible and worked around my crazy night shift hours to make things happen. They provided bi-weekly check ins and updates, and promoted safety as the number one priority. By the end of the project, they almost felt like family! Dry Patrol went above and beyond the call of service. I will forever recommend them for any services they offer, and feel confident you'll love them too!!
