Jordan did a really good job. Was very informative, polite and listened well. He was able too answer all of my questions and concerns. He answered my initial after hours call and was able too let me know what time he could be out the next morning, since I decided that I didn't want to pay the after hours fee. His 5 years with DryPatrol shows; he was with someone prior to DryPatrol.
The workers were very responsive when I had a flood in my home on a Sunday morning. Cody, Austin and Mike were very polite and professional as they provided the equipment and services for the next several days. Also the office manager named Andrea was very polite and provided excellent customer service. My plumber recommended I call Dry Patrol to help solve my water problem.
